By purchasing, accessing, or downloading any digital products, online courses, masterclasses, templates, freebies, or any other resources (collectively referred to as “Content”) provided by Hair Babes Content Club LLC, you agree to comply with these Intellectual Property Terms & Conditions. These terms govern your use of the Content and apply to all materials provided by Hair Babes Content Club LLC including but not limited to:

• Paid digital products
• Online courses
• Masterclasses
• Templates
• Freebies
• Memberships
• Any other resources made available through Hair Babes Content Club LLC.

Upon purchasing or accessing Hair Babes Content Club LLC, you are granted a single, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the materials solely for your own business purposes. This license does not allow you to:

• Share, distribute, or sell the Content to others.
• Transfer or assign your license to anyone else, including colleagues, industry friends, contractors, or any third parties.
• Use the Content for any business or commercial activities outside of your own personal business (unless explicitly authorized).

By agreeing to these terms, you acknowledge that you are prohibited from:

The Content you receive from Hair Babes Content Club LLC is for your personal use only and is licensed to you for use within your own business. You agree not to:

• Share or distribute the Content with anyone else, including colleagues, contractors, or clients.
• Use the Content to create or support your own digital products, courses, or membership sites, unless explicitly permitted.

If your Membership ends for any reason, you will retain rights to use any digital content you lawfully downloaded during your active Membership term. However, you will immediately lose access to all Member-only platforms, including the community and the Masterclass Library, and will no longer be able to watch or access that content. Access is limited strictly to the files obtained during your active Membership period; no further updates, replacements, or new releases will be provided.

All Content provided by Hair Babes Content Club LLC remains the exclusive property of Hair Babes Content Club LLC and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. By purchasing and using the Content, you acknowledge and agree that:

• The Content is owned by Hair Babes Content Club LLC, and you are granted a limited license to use it for the purposes specified in these terms.
• You have no ownership rights to the Content and are not allowed to claim any ownership, modify, or create derivative works based on the Content.

You may not create derivative works from the Content, which includes but is not limited to modifying, adapting, or transforming the Content into any new form (such as combining it with other content to create a new product).

You agree not to share, distribute, or make the Content available through any file-sharing networks, group subscriptions, or unauthorized platforms. The Content is for your use only and is not for resale or redistribution.

Any violation of these Intellectual Property Terms & Conditions may result in the immediate termination of your access to the Content without refund. Hair Babes Content Club LLC reserves the right to pursue legal action against any breach of these terms to protect its intellectual property.

Hair Babes Content Club LLC is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use or misuse of the Content. Your use of the Content is at your own risk.

Hair Babes Content Club LLC reserves the right to modify or update these terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on the Hair Babes Content Club LLC website, and your continued use of the Content after such updates will constitute your acceptance of the revised terms.

By purchasing, accessing, or downloading any Content from Hair Babes Content Club LLC, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to abide by these Intellectual Property Terms & Conditions.

In consideration of being permitted to participate in any of the digital courses, memberships, or products (collectively referred to as the “Services/Products”) offered by Hair Babes Content Club LLC, and the value you will gain by participating in the Services/Products, you hereby agree to these Terms of Purchase. These Terms are entered into between you (hereinafter “you” or the “Client”) and Hair Babes Content Club LLC (hereinafter “Company”, “we”, or “us”). You and the Company are collectively referred to herein as the “Parties.”

These Terms of Purchase (“Terms”) govern your use of and access to all offerings from Hair Babes Content Club, including the A La Carte stock imagery shop, Hair Babes Content Club membership, Website Templates, and 1:1 Services (all referred to as Services/Products). These Terms are legally binding and it is your responsibility to read them before you begin to use the Services/Products. By using and participating in the Services/Products, you accept and agree to be bound and abide by these Terms.

The Hair Babes Content Club LLC offerings include, but are not limited to:

• Access to digital assets, memberships, and downloadable products offered by the Company.
• Course modules, videos, templates, guides, checklists, and other learning resources.
• Access to the community platform, where clients can interact with other members and instructors.
• 1:1 Services booked a la carte outside of membership and at a separate cost, as well as merch, website templates, etc.

As part of your participation in the Services/Products, you are expected to complete the requisite work assigned. There is no guarantee for success as the Client is responsible for completing work and following the Company’s recommendations.

If you select a Membership with a recurring subscription (auto-renewal), you authorize the Company to maintain your account and payment information and charge that account automatically upon the renewal of the membership.

Due to the immediate and direct access to the Membership / A La Carte Shop, we do not offer a refund of any kind. If you elect to pay for 1:1 Services in monthly installments and cancel your participation for any reason, you will remain responsible for all outstanding payments to the Company.

If Company does not receive payment from you within fourteen (14) calendar days of any payment date, you will be charged a late fee of 1.5% of the outstanding amount per each day that Company does not receive payment.

All sales are final and non-refundable due to the digital nature of our products and services. Upon purchase, you receive immediate access to the content and/or products, which cannot be returned or revoked.

By completing a purchase, you acknowledge and agree that initiating a chargeback with your financial institution after gaining access to our digital products or services constitutes an unauthorized reversal of funds. The Company treats such actions as a breach of these Terms and will vigorously dispute any chargeback by providing proof of purchase, delivery, and access granted.

In the event of a chargeback, all rights, licenses, and access to any intellectual property, deliverables, or materials provided through your purchase of the Membership, A La Carte Shop, or 1:1 Services will be immediately revoked. Any assets downloaded in the month of the disputed charge may no longer be used and must be removed from all social media platforms, websites, or any other online or offline locations where they have been posted or published. The Company also reserves the right to pursue further legal remedies to recover any losses incurred.

Company’s business operating hours are as follows: Monday – Thursday from 10:00 am to 4:00 pm EST. All emails will be responded to within two business days during Business Operating Hours. If communication is made to Company during the weekend, it will be addressed the following Business Day. Company will be closed on holidays and for vacation(s), which may affect Company’s business operating hours. Company’s closures for vacation are within the Company’s sole authority and discretion.

During the course of the Company’s performance, you may receive, have access to, and create documents, records, and information of a confidential and proprietary nature to the Company. You agree to keep all such Confidential Information strictly confidential and use it solely for the purposes of your engagement with the Company.

If either Party is unable to perform any of its obligations due to events beyond its control, such as a global pandemic, governmental orders, or other acts of God, such Party shall be excused from performance during the duration of the Force Majeure event.

All content, materials, and features provided in connection with the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services are owned by the Company and protected by copyright, patent, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

By purchasing the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services, you are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive, revocable license to use the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services for personal use only.

You agree that all information you provide to register for the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, and you consent to all actions we take with respect to your information consistent with our Privacy Policy.

If you are provided with a username, password, or other account information, you are responsible for maintaining confidentiality and security.

You give permission to the Company to use your testimonials, statements, and any other submissions in connection with the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services for promotional and marketing purposes.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, we expressly disclaim any liability for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage incurred by you in connection with the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services.

While we may reference results or outcomes in connection with the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services, we make no guarantee of your individual success, and individual results will vary.

Your use of the Services/Products or items obtained throughout your participation in the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services is at your own risk and are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, without any warranties of any kind, either express or implied, including but not limited to the implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, title, and non-infringement.

We make reasonable efforts to provide you with modern, reliable technology. However, in the event of a technological failure, you accept and acknowledge our lack of responsibility for said failure. We cannot guarantee that all information provided in connection with the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services is completely accurate, complete, or up to date, and we disclaim liability for any such errors or omissions.

The Parties represent and warrant to each other that each is free to enter into this Agreement and that this engagement does not violate the terms of any agreement between either Party and any third party. The Parties also represent and warrant to each other that each is at least 18 years of age at the time of execution of this Agreement.

These Terms are personal to each of the Parties. No rights or obligations may be assigned or delegated by either Party at any time unless such assignment is in writing and signed by both Parties.

By participating in and accessing the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services, whether paid or unpaid, you assume the risk of your access and any subsequent actions you choose to take as a result of the informational or educational materials provided to you.

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Company, its affiliates, employees, agents, licensors, and service providers from and against any and all third-party suits, claims, demands, causes of action, liabilities, damages, judgments, losses, costs, and expenses, including reasonable legal expenses and attorney’s fees, arising out of your use of and participation in the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services, including but not limited to your User Content, any use of the Company’s website’s content, or your use of any information obtained from the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services.

The Company will not be liable for any indirect or consequential loss, loss of income, or damage to reputation resulting from your participation in the Hair Babes Content Club LLC Membership, A La Carte Shop & 1:1 Services.

Failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of such provision.

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of the State of Ohio.

Any legal dispute will be resolved in the courts located in Delaware County, Ohio, and the Parties consent to jurisdiction and venue in those courts.

Certain products and links to these products on this site are affiliate links. If you click on one of these “affiliate links” and make a purchase, Hair Babes Content Club LLC will earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. As a policy, Hair Babes Content Club LLC will only affiliate with products, services, coaches, consultants, and other experts that we use, recommend, or believe will provide value to our customers and followers.
